Before you jump to Baked Choco Peanut Butter-Filled Donuts🥯 recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Make Healthy Eating A Part of Your Life.

The benefits of healthy eating are nowadays being given more attention than ever before and there are good reasons for doing this. There are a number of illnesses associated with a poor diet and there is a cost to the overall economy as people suffer from health problems such as heart disease and hypertension. No matter where you look, people are encouraging you to live a more healthy way of living but on the other hand, you are also being encouraged to rely on convenience foods that can affect your health in a terrible way. Most likely, most people think that it takes too much work to eat healthily and that they will need to drastically change their way of life. In reality, however, just making some minor changes can positively affect daily eating habits.

The first change you can make is to pay more attention to what you purchase when you go to the grocery because it is likely that you are inclined to pick up many of the things without thinking. For instance, have you ever checked how much sugar and salt are in your favorite cereal? Having a bowl of oatmeal will provide you with the energy to face the day while protecting your heart at the same time. By mixing in fresh fruit, you can make oatmeal taste better and, before you know it, you will have made a good change to your diet.

Evidently, it's not hard to begin incorporating healthy eating into your life.

We hope you got insight from reading it, now let's go back to baked choco peanut butter-filled donuts🥯 recipe. To make baked choco peanut butter-filled donuts🥯 you need 8 ingredients and 14 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to cook Baked Choco Peanut Butter-Filled Donuts🥯:

  1. Provide 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour.
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup of sugar.
  3. Prepare 2 1/4 of tsps instant yeast.
  4. You need 1/4 tsp of salt.
  5. You need 2/3 cups of warm milk.
  6. Get 3 tbsps of melted butter.
  7. Take 2 of egg yolks.
  8. Take 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.

Steps to make Baked Choco Peanut Butter-Filled Donuts🥯:

  1. Melt your butter over boiling water.
  2. Sift 1 cup of flour and whisk with sugar, yeast and salt.
  3. Add the warm milk, melted butter, yolks and vanilla, and stir. Don't throw the egg whites away! Check out my Simple Fried Egg-Whites recipe for what you can do with them (see recipe).
  4. Cover with cling film for about 10 minutes or until some bubbles form on the surface.
  5. Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour and mix with a spatula till the dough forms and doesn't stick to the bowl. If the dough still sticks, add a little flour to it and knead for about 5 minutes or until it no longer sticks. Avoid adding too much flour to knead. Your dough should be soft and smooth at the end of the kneading.
  6. LIGHTLY grease your dough and bowl with vegetable. This will keep it from drying out. Cover with a cling film for about 45 minutes (depending on how hot your kitchen is) or till the dough doubles in size.
  7. Dust your work surface with flour and transfer the dough to it. Dust the top of the dough with flour and flatten it with a rolling pin/bottle till it's about 1/2 an inch thick.
  8. Using a round cookie cutter or any round object (preferably measuring cup), cut your dough into your preferred sizes. You can re-work any extra piece of dough and cut more pieces out of it.
  9. Transfer your cut dough to a lined baking tray and evenly space them.
  10. Cover the dough with a tea towel for 45 minutes to puff up.
  11. Bake in the centre of the oven at 300 - 350 ° F for about 10 minutes or till they're lightly golden on the outside.
  12. Fresh out the oven, coat them with some melted butter. This keeps the outer crust soft. You can dust them with some sugar after. I wanted to keep the sugar on the low, so I didn't.
  13. Using a small knife, make a hole in the side of the donuts and fill them with chocolate peanut butter (check out my Homemade Nutella recipe). You can use a piping bag (see recipe).
  14. And nibble away!!!!.
