  2. Cut mushrooms into quarters.
  3. Dice red pepper.
  4. Cut up sausages into 1 cm bits.
  5. In a medium heated pan with olive oil, and 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic, onions, chives, red pepper and mushrooms.
  6. Fry for about 10 minutes and add sausage, rosemary, and fresh chopped chilli..
